Know or access your information

Request a summary of the personal information Lumi Home holds about you.

Correct inaccurate information

Most account and profile details can be edited directly in the app under Profile. For anything you can't edit yourself, contact us.

Request deletion

Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to what we need to keep for bookings already completed, payments, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising

Lumi Home does not currently run an advertising or data-sale program. If that changes, this page will be updated with the required opt-out controls.

How to submit a request

These requests are currently handled by email while we build a dedicated in-app request tool. Write to legal@lumihome.app from the email address on your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing a request.
